4 Levels of Christians at Work

Today is a marketplace gut-check, a quick self-evaluation of the impact of your faith at work.

Ed Silvoso in his amazing book, Anointed for Business: How to Use Your Influence in the Marketplace to Change the World, challenges us with what he calls 4 levels of Christians at work.

His four levels are:

  1. Survival – to be a Christian in the marketplace that survives within an undignified, evil environment.
  2. Good Testimony– to be a Christian who applies biblical principles in the marketplace and attempts to be seen as a good employee.
  3. Power– to be a Christian who does business in the fullness and power of Holy Spirit, seeking and listen to His direction, and doing what He tells you to do in the full power of heaven.*
  4. Transformation – to be a Christian committed to the total transformation the marketplace for the Kingdom.**

What level are you?

At what level would your spouse, colleagues or friends say you are?

If you are anywhere below a Level 4 Christian at work, now is the time to purpose yourself to step into your full anointing – to transform your company, community and country for the Kingdom.

Today’s Revelation: Marketplace transformation is the ultimate level for believers in business.

Today’s Activation: Develop a simple system of study, communion, connection and discipleship to become a Level 4 Christain at work.
