Step 1: Assessment
Before attending the two-day leadership boot camp, attendees:
- Complete an on-line DiSC™ behavioral styles inventory to assess their preferred leadershpo styles at work (reviewed during the boot camp).
- Assign five workmates (boss, collegues, employees) to complete an on-line 360° feedback instrument based upon the E3 development model f twelve leadership accountabilties.
- Participate in a 15-minute telephone conversation with Dr. Jim to review the process and answer any questions (optional).
- Receive pre-boot camp mailings with case studies, homework, and preparation activities to maximize their learning.
Step 2: Boot Camp
This two-day intensive learning experience held in a beautiful beach resort in Pensacola, FL educates leaders on how to integrate the E3 leadership model into their daily routines.
Blending experiential learning, reading, case studies, self-assessments, and group discussion, participants learn how to integrate the following twelve leadership accountabilites into their daily leadership routine.

Step 3: Coaching
To reinforce the learning, participant receive three one-on-one telecoaching sessions with Dr. Jim. These coaching sessions provide both accountability for integrating the learning and action planning to continue the new behaviors and education.
In addtion, all particiopants receive the following long-term reinforcement materials and resources:
